Our portfolio of technology helps power our world ---come join our team and see how YOU can make a difference.**Job Description:****Job Summary**Responsibilities include leading the global TME/AE team for products development and validation; Work with marketing team for direct customer engagements, establish production roadmap and definition, and business strategy; coordinate with internal backend team and field team for customer support.**Essential Functions*** Lead TMEs/AE team for technical support of customer’s design projects.* Direct customer engagement, build mutual trust and form strategic partnerships with key customers.* Co-work with marketing team for business strategy and execution.* Coordinate cross-functional team from start (definition) to end (release) for product development.**Qualifications*** Hands-on experience in power electronics for DC/DC power conversion topologies, control theories, debug technics.* Deep understanding of CPU/GPU system power architecture.* Strong problem solving capabilities.* Fluent communication skills in English, mandarin is a plus.* Excellent writing and presentation skills* Self-motivated and strong leadership.* Previous experience in a system or analog/mixed signal IC company desired* MSEE or higher required**Locations:*** San Jose, CA* Kirkland, WAMPS offers a comprehensive benefits package.
