JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as an Educational Consultant in the Education and Academia industry sector, focusing on Human Capital solutions for Los Fresnos Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) and similar clients across the Southwest Region, Rio Grande Valley, and CONUS. The role may begin as a Technical Element or Contract W‑2 and could convert to a full‑time ProSidian W‑2 position.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Deliver individualized and group‑based instructional coaching services for administrators, teachers, and instructional coaches.

• Focus on pedagogy enhancement, classroom management, lesson plan optimization, differentiated instruction, and effective leadership practices that directly impact student learning outcomes.

• Support schools and educational institutions through coaching, consulting, and development of instructional improvement strategies.

• Work location: Los Fresnos, TX 78566 (work site address: 32703 State Highway 100, Los Fresnos, TX 78566) or across the Southwest region as needed.

• Maintain required security clearances: Individuals must possess an active Secret clearance with eligibility for interim TS/SCI or a full TS/SCI clearance. All personnel must retain clearance throughout the contract and comply with FAR 52.204‑2 and DoD requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience as an educator, instructional coach, education consultant, or professional trainer.

Problem solving, relationship building, strategic thinking, knowledge of evidence‑based instructional practices.

Ability to guide schools in improving instructional effectiveness and student achievement through targeted consulting services.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication (oral & written), and time‑management abilities.

U.S. citizenship required; no visa sponsorship.

Background check and drug testing required; adherence to security clearance policies.
