Responsibilities:* Develop and manage regular cadence to communicate product road map and releases to both internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain custom components using Apex, LWC, and Flows.* Support Salesforce org consolidation: metadata alignment, data migration, and permission harmonisation.* Implement enhancements for CPQ and other Salesforce features.* Collaborate with Admins and Architects to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.* Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD best practices.* Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teamsRequired Skills:* 8+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL).* Exposure to multi-org consolidation and data migration.* Experience with CPQ (custom or Salesforce CPQ) preferred.* Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Education and Experience:* BS/MS/ in Computer Science/related degree OR equivalent professional experience.* 7+ years of experience.Employee benefits:* Employee Health Insurance and Wellness program.* Maternity and paternity leave.* Competitive salary, benefits
