Responsibilities

To secure, manage, and maintain all benefits and entitlements for individuals supported in the DD Residential Programs, ensuring timely access to critical resources that promote stability, well-being, and independence.

Core Responsibilities:

Ensure 100% of eligible individuals have accurate and complete applications submitted for Social Security, Medicaid, SNAP, and VA benefits within 30 days of program admission or eligibility determination.
Achieve a 95% on-time completion rate for renewals and recertifications by tracking and responding to HRA agency requests to avoid any lapse in entitlements.
Successfully request and represent cases in Fair Hearings for denied or lapsed benefits, aiming to reinstate 90% of benefits through effective appeals and timely submissions.
Ensure 100% of application submissions are supported with required documentation (e.g., PHI, work history, appointment verification) by maintaining ongoing communication and coordination with residential program staff.
Report all address or county changes to HRA agencies within 5 business days of notification to prevent benefit interruptions and ensure records remain up to date.
Request replacement benefit cards (Medicaid, SNAP, etc.) within 3 business days of report to ensure individuals supported have uninterrupted access to entitlements.
Achieve 100% documentation of all benefit applications, updates, correspondence, and renewals in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) within 48 hours of any action to support compliance and audit readiness.

Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in US providing a wide range of Energy related products and services to its customers, seeks accomplished GIS Training & Communications Specialist.

*** Duration: 6 months contract w/ possibility of extensions

Pay Rate: $39.00/hr on W2.
Target Start Date: 02/02/2026.
Work Schedule: Hybrid - anticipated 3 days minimum onsite, 2 days remote (subject to confirmation).

Description

Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Specialist to support the rollout of its enterprise Geographic Information System (eGIS) project.
This role is integral to the Change Management team and focuses on designing and delivering engaging training, communications, and user experiences that drive adoption and understanding of the GIS mapping applications, ArcFM and Designer XI.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts across departments to produce high-quality communications, training, and other materials, ensuring alignment with the overall change strategy to support end-user adoption of the new tools.
Develop targeted strategies that align with project goals and communication plans to drive adoption of new Esri ArcFM mapping applications, especially Schneider Electrics ArcFM Designer XI.
Collaborate with Change Management and development teams to identify communications and training needs and priorities.
Create compelling content for several applications in several formats, including demo videos, PDF job aids, newsletters, SharePoint, MS Teams, for diverse end-user groups.
Lead content review cycles, including proofreading and editing, to ensure accuracy and quality.
Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery and information is kept up to date through project phases.
Monitor content performance using analytics data and generate reports/insights.
Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in content development and employee engagement.
Support other eGIS Change Management-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Experience Level: 3 years.
Must have a bachelors degree.
Hands?on experience with GIS Esri tools, including ArcMap/ArcGIS.
Proven track record in developing training materials, such as job aids, demo videos, and self?guided learning modules.
Experience supporting organizational change initiatives.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Experience working on large?scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and listening skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply new information rapidly.
