We’re looking for a seasoned performance marketer with strong strategic instincts and excellent client-facing presence. This role is not purely executional — it requires someone who can own acquisition strategy, manage meaningful budgets, and confidently lead conversations with brand founders and senior operators. Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Communication
Serve as a client-facing performance lead Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations Proactively surface risks and opportunities Create and present performance reports to Brand stakeholders
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Own acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads Manage multi-channel paid media budgets for $5M+ e-commerce brands and lead gen businesses. Lead a team of paid specialists across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Performance Ownership
Own LTV:CAC, MER, ROAS performance narratives Collaborate on forecasting and budget planning Own new customer / lead growth, delivering client expectations
Required Experience
4+ years in paid media / performance marketing Prior client-facing experience Experience with e-commerce and CPG brands ($1M+ revenue) Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads Soft Skills & Mindset
Confident communicator Strategic, business-oriented thinker Comfortable owning outcomes Collaborative mindset Strong oral and written command of English language Why This Role
