Experience in Windchill Configuration and Customizations Excellent knowledge of Windchill solutions such as: PDMLink ProjectLink QMS MPMLink Strong knowledge of Windchill APIs and data structures Excellent knowledge of Java J2EE technologies Good understanding of: Application development environment Database systems Data management Infrastructure capabilities and constraints Ability to write SQL queries and database procedures Exposure to: Options & Variants Vendor collaboration System Integration Very good understanding of: Windchill Part / CAD / Document Management Change Management Workflow modules Roles & Responsibilities
Act as Technical Lead / Architect Lead Windchill configuration and customization activities Design and implement solutions using Windchill APIs and data structures Provide technical leadership using Java J2EE technologies Ensure best practices in application development, database usage, and data management Support integrations and vendor collaboration Guide teams on Windchill modules including: Part Management CAD Management Document Management Change Management Workflow Management Generic Managerial Skills (If Any)
Effective communication with cross-functional teams Flexible to changing priorities Open to new ideas and approaches
