Position We are seeking a

Customer Service Representative

on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This individual will call the customer warehouse staff externally to collect inventory. This role is hybrid (4 days on-site and 1 day remote/week) in Atlanta, GA.

Note:

Candidates must have their own laptops; the customer is not providing laptops to contractors at this time.

Responsibilities

Assist the Customer Service Analyst in processing weekly orders.

Reactively answer questions from customers on stock levels, expedite requests, and work with the warehouse to ensure orders ship on time.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of customer service experience
