
About the Role
As an Investment Real Estate Sales Agent at
Aurumys , your primary role is to be the connector for investors and investment companies who seek to acquire investment properties. You’ll have full access to our inventory to sell properties from day one. Your time will be spent fielding and generating leads, meeting with investors, showing investment properties, and collaborating with the acquisitions team to analyze inventory. You’ll work in a motivated, high-integrity team environment with a culture that emphasizes growth in both career and personal development. Source new Investors through a variety of strategies Make outbound sales calls to prospective Investors (we will train you) Present large volumes of new properties to Investors Conduct showings and property walk-throughs with Investors Facilitate offers and closings of contracts, coordinating with lenders and other third parties Use technology to track transactions and network of Investors Provide elite service to Investors at all stages of the process High Earning Potential
Your commissions are uncapped, reflecting your effort and results. This is not a passive or mediocre role. As typical in Real Estate, this is a fully-commission, 1099 contract role. Our Sales Agents typically close their first transaction in the first 30-45 days and complete 20-30 transactions in their first year. About the Training
Our training comes in 4 parts: Formal Training, Field Training, Continuous Training, and Mentor-style Training. Training is a core part of our culture at Aurumys. When you start, formal training lasts 5 days to 2 weeks depending on speed of adaptation. You will be active in the field during training, with opportunities to shadow veteran sales managers and receive ongoing field and formal training throughout your career. Who Thrives at Aurumys

An active real estate license in the state in which you are applying, or willingness to obtain one. $75,000 - $250,000 a year Note: This role is all-commission.
