Role Overview Schneider Electric is seeking a US Product Marketing Manager for EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE) to accelerate growth in the Industrial Automation business. This role bridges strategy and hands‑on execution, translating global direction and business priorities into integrated, high‑impact marketing programs for the US market.

This role serves as the primary marketing partner to the EAE Business Development and Sales teams, owning go‑to‑market strategy, campaign planning, and execution to drive pipeline, conversion, and measurable market share growth. The ideal candidate balances strategic thinking with operational rigor and has a strong bias toward action.

Key Responsibilities

Own the US go‑to‑market strategy for EcoStruxure Automation Expert aligned to global EAE strategy and US business goals.

Define positioning, messaging, segmentation, and priority use cases by industry and persona.

Translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans with clear commercial objectives.

Partner closely with business development and sales leadership to align on growth targets.

Lead integrated marketing campaigns spanning content, digital, events, paid media, and field activation.

Ensure campaigns support the full customer journey from awareness through demand generation and sales enablement.

Work hands‑on with internal teams and agencies to develop assets, launch initiatives, and optimize performance.

Drive speed, agility, and continuous improvement through data‑driven iteration.

Develop compelling product and solution messaging that differentiates EAE in a competitive industrial automation market.

Guide creation of thought leadership, sales enablement tools, customer stories, and field‑ready assets.

Ensure consistent storytelling aligned with Schneider Electric brand and challenger positioning.

Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, customer‑relevant narratives.

Act as a trusted marketing advisor and partner to EAE Business Development and Sales teams.

Equip sellers with messaging, tools, and campaigns that support pipeline conversion.

Support key commercialization moments such as launches, industry events, and strategic customer engagements.

Establish feedback loops from the field to refine messaging, targeting, and execution.

Define and track KPIs including pipeline influence, engagement, and conversion.

Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure alignment, governance, and effective localization.

Identify demand funnel gaps and work cross‑functionally to address them.

Provide ongoing reporting and clear communication on impact and optimization opportunities.

Results‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a challenger environment

Compensation For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $139,200 - $208,800 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well‑being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, XX days of paid time off per year (pro‑rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
