Lead the full preconstruction process for ground up projects. Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and cost models. Guide design development with owners and design partners. Develop value engineering strategies that support client budgets. Coordinate closely with operations and project management teams. Mentor and support estimators through scoping and bid preparation. Requirements
6+ years of experience in estimating or preconstruction with a GC. Strong background in ground up commercial / multifamily construction. Ability to scope all trades, including sitework, structure, envelope, interiors, and MEP. Confident communicator who is comfortable working directly with clients. Full time in-office position. Career driven professional with interest in long term growth. Interested
