The Role We’re hiring a

Product Marketing Manager (ABF)

to lead product marketing strategy and execution with a strong focus on

Asset-Based Finance and Private Credit . This is a senior, high-impact role requiring autonomy, ownership, and deep market expertise.

You will lead end-to-end product marketing from positioning and messaging to go-to-market execution while also supporting events and general marketing collateral as part of a broader demand-generation strategy.

You will own and evolve Cardo AI’s product positioning and messaging, establishing the company as a trusted, category-defining platform in ABF and private credit.

Market Leadership

You will use deep ABF market knowledge to design GTM strategies, content, and enablement that resonate with institutional decision-makers.

Job Requirements

5–10 years

of experience in product marketing or marketing within

ABF, private credit, structured finance, private equity, or capital markets

Direct, hands-on ABF experience is required

Proven experience launching complex or technical financial products

Strong understanding of institutional client needs in ABF and private credit

Demonstrated success in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy

Strong analytical skills with experience measuring product marketing impact

Exceptional communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

Product Marketing Strategy & Ownership: Define and own product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for ABF and private credit solutions

Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and feature releases

Establish product marketing KPIs and performance benchmarks

Translate complex ABF workflows and data into clear, compelling client-facing narratives

Partner with Product, Sales, and Client Integration to align messaging with client needs and revenue goals

Brand, Events & Marketing Collateral

Support Cardo AI’s presence at ABF, private credit, and structured finance conferences and industry events

Develop event content, speaking materials, and executive briefings

Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product briefs, FAQs, and competitive positioning

Support marketing campaigns and collateral development that align with product positioning and GTM strategy

Go-To-Market Execution & Analysis

Design and execute integrated GTM initiatives targeting ABF-focused institutional clients

Analyze performance, pipeline contribution, and adoption to optimize messaging and strategy

Use insights to continuously refine positioning and GTM execution
