
General Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Residential Electrician to perform and oversee residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work. The ideal candidate has strong residential experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Lead residential electrical installations and service work
Supervise and support apprentice/helper electricians
Read blueprints and troubleshoot electrical systems
Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes
Maintain safe, clean job sites and professional customer communication
Minimum Education None
Minimum Years Of Experience 2-4 years
Requirements 2-3 years residential electrical experience Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
Strong knowledge of NEC and safety practices
Valid driver’s license
Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs
Climb ladders; work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas
Stand, bend, kneel, and work with tools extended periods
License Required Yes
