Our client is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiters to support national growth. This is a fully remote role focused exclusively on recruiting self-sourced Mortgage Loan Officers. This position requires prior experience recruiting Loan Officers within a mortgage company environment and a strong understanding of mortgage sales and production models. Two opportunities are available: One recruiter focused on East Coast candidates and production; One recruiter focused on West Coast candidates and production. Responsibilities
Recruit self-sourced Mortgage Loan Officers through networking and industry relationships Build and maintain a pipeline of producing originators Source candidates through referrals, outreach, and professional networks Communicate compensation, structure, and value proposition clearly Manage recruiting activity from initial contact through onboarding Qualifications
Experience recruiting Mortgage Loan Officers for a mortgage lender Demonstrated success recruiting self-sourced originators Strong networking and relationship-building skills Understanding of Loan Officer production and compensation structures Ability to work independently in a remote environment Compensation
Base salary ranging from $50,000–$80,000, based on experience Additional basis point compensation tied to recruiting performance
