
Job Summary
This is an entry-level lending position that is responsible for assisting the lending officer. The main job function is to prepare and process multiple types of loan documents. Responsibilities
Interview members to both assist and obtain personal and financial data for consumer loan and credit card applications. Notify applicants by mail, telephone, or in person of acceptance or rejection of applications. Provide assistance in inputting data into the computer, recording information as required, answering phones, photocopying, faxing, and other routine duties as needed. Efficiently and effectively assist departmental staff in processing the various activities involved in credit granting and perform such additional duties as assigned from time to time. Responsible for processing and perfecting DMV documentation where applicable. Collect all required documentation for the loan. Interpersonal Skills
Professionalism, tact and diplomacy; ability to collaborate; social skills; problem solving. Other Skills
Excellent and clear communication skills; strong attention to detail; strong character; computer literate. Ability to multi-task at a fast pace. Ability to work well under pressure.
