Oversee and review project plans, requirements and specifications Coordinate a team to develop large, multi‑disciplinary estimates Determine labor and equipment costs Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing Understand project logistics and schedule Assess project risks and review quotes and estimates with the project team Prepare estimates at different levels of completion (conceptual, schematic, DD, CD, etc.) Orchestrate pre‑construction duties and meetings with owners, clients and engineers Serve as company interface between owner & architect and develop leadership, motivation and communication with owners, subs and project team Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar field Experience on large multi‑million‑dollar projects exceeding $25 million Advanced computer skills with estimating software and MS Office Effective presentation skills Extensive knowledge of construction costs and engineering principles Understand all aspects of horizontal and infrastructure projects Contact
