Job Summary: Lexington Village is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall management of our community.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner.
Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities.
Assist applicants with the leasing process, including application completion and lease signing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leasing policies, procedures, and community offerings.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
Assist with marketing efforts and community events as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
