Full-time What You’ll Do
Perform installation, repair, inspection, and preventive maintenance of Mindray systems in hospitals and surgical centers. Configure and maintain system software and networks supporting Mindray products. Provide timely technical support via phone or in person to customers, sales, and clinical teams. Document all service activities in compliance with company quality and administrative standards. Manage service contracts, including renewals, quotations, and securing new agreements. Maintain all company equipment—loaners, test tools, spare parts, and vehicle—in good working order. Stay current with evolving Mindray technologies through training and independent study. Support cross-functional partners (Sales, Clinical Education, Technical Support) on technical matters. Provide backup service coverage outside the assigned region when required. What You’ll Bring
Associate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline. Minimum 2 years of field service or hospital biomedical experience. Strong proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of medical devices. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Independent, self-directed work ethic with attention to detail and accountability. Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Work Environment
Field-based position with regular travel by car or public transportation to hospitals and surgical centers. Must be available for on-call emergency service 24/7, including weekends and holidays, and participate in weekend standby rotation. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance.
