Responsibilities
Follow and build by using a Gantt chart schedule
Provide accurate information for updates
Complete daily jobsite reports
Schedule subcontractors and materials, allowing sufficient lead times for subs and materials to be on site at the correct times
Follow specifications and manage trades to produce a high level of quality work and client satisfaction with minimal punch list
Maintain a safe job site and promote good housekeeping. Observe OSHA, state, county, and community regulations
Review shop drawings for accuracy
Proactively problem-solve

Requirements
5 years experience in a similar role
Proficient computer skills and Procore certification/experience
Ability to read and understand plans from civil drawings to interior design drawings
Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high-end clients, project managers, field operations, architects, engineers, and interior designers
Able to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity and meet deadlines and goals
Candidate must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in our Drug Free Workplace Program
A passion for custom home building
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
