Overview
The Growth Marketing Strategist is responsible for driving measurable revenue and pipeline growth through integrated marketing strategy, demand generation, and compelling brand storytelling. This role works closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with abcPOSs commercial objectives and long-term growth strategy. Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies that support abcPOSs business and revenue goals. Identify and pursue growth opportunities across digital channels, content, partnerships, experiential marketing, and emerging platforms. Collaborate with leadership to shape forward-looking initiatives and contribute to multi-year product and business planning. Guide market segmentation and expansion efforts to unlock new customer opportunities. Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Build, scale, and optimize demand generation programs that drive qualified leads and strengthen the sales pipeline. Implement lead nurturing strategies that improve conversion rates and maintain momentum throughout the buyer journey. Brand, Product Messaging & Storytelling
Champion abcPOSs brand as a strategic asset, ensuring a consistent, refined, and compelling narrative across all channels. Develop high-quality marketing assets including case studies, presentations, sales decks, and visual content that clearly communicate product value. Performance, Insights & Optimization
Define and track clear KPIs tied to pipeline growth, revenue impact, and marketing effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance, channel efficiency, and audience engagement to continuously refine strategy. Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to maintain abcPOSs competitive edge. Reimagine and optimize marketing workflows using an AI-first approach to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact. Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing or related roles; experience in software, retail, or hospitality is a plus. Proficient in marketing software, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and social media tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and paid social campaigns. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights and recommend actionable strategies. Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English Preferred Skills
Creativity and ability to innovate across marketing platforms. Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content creation tools. Certifications, conferences, and training.
