Responsibilities

Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience

Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market

Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads

Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget

Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close

Willingness and ability to obtain a real estate license

Find potential commercial buyers and properties

Follow the team plan

Qualifications

Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industryAn established track record of successful real estate sales

Natural grit and drive to show up every day

Complete in house university

Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions

Compensation $160,000+ per year
