Senior Innovation Associate

The Senior Innovation Associate plays a pivotal role in leading the execution of key innovation initiatives and contributing to the strategic direction of project teams. The incumbent will manage complex workstreams from discovery through implementation, often serving as the connective tissue between clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. The incumbent will be expected to operate with greater autonomy, bring deep analytical and program management capabilities, and have a strong grasp of healthcare or health tech environments. Education

Required – Bachelor's in Engineering, Public Health, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related areas Preferred – Master's in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Science or Business Administration (MPH, MHA, MS, or MBA) Work Experience

Required – 4 years in healthcare consulting or program delivery; business intelligence or data analytics; innovation in clinical environments, with digital health initiatives or with digital solution companies; engineering or product development in health tech contexts Preferred – Familiarity with agile product development, Epic data environments, or clinical systems Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead meetings Strategic thinker with ability to operate in ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and execute with urgency Experience developing and managing dashboards or performance measures Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Figma, Airtable, SQL, Click Up, or other workflow/process mapping platforms Understanding of healthcare workflows, terminology, or digital solution implementations Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to diverse audiences Job Duties
