
Customer Service Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, and work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Provide product information and recommendations to customers
Process orders and track delivery status to ensure on-time delivery
Collaborate with sales and production teams to resolve any issues or delays
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify and elevate potential issues or opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service skills
Strive to meet and exceed performance goals and targets
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
Must be able to work full-time and occasional weekends or evenings as needed
