practice, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality tax services to our clients. You’ll work across business income tax planning, corporate compliance, and ASC 740 income tax accounting—including tax provision preparation and audit support. The Corporate Tax Solutions Family serves as the primary tax relationship hub for clients, and in this role, you will help manage engagements across multiple client relationships while leveraging the firm’s full suite of tools, talent, and technology to excel. You’ll collaborate closely with specialists across our national tax practice, including our

Washington National Tax Office (WNTO) , to support all facets of each client’s tax function. From your first day, you will be empowered with resources, training, and support designed to help you confidently produce exceptional work and grow professionally. Key Responsibilities Lead client engagements from planning through completion, including directing project execution and managing budgets Supervise, train, and mentor senior associates, associates, and interns; provide performance feedback and serve in an in‑charge capacity when needed Identify opportunities to expand services with both existing and prospective clients Review staff-prepared tax returns, ensuring accuracy and identifying tax‑saving opportunities Conduct primary reviews of

ASC 740

income tax provision engagements Research and consult on complex tax matters; utilize tax software to prepare and process returns Respond to inquiries from the IRS, state, and other taxing authorities Build and maintain strong client relationships, working collaboratively with client management and staff at all levels Develop a deep understanding of each client’s operations, processes, and business objectives to enhance engagement delivery Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs Uphold the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 4–7 years

of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience CPA or JD with an active law license required Public accounting experience strongly preferred Expertise in

corporate income tax

and

ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes) Strong technical, analytical, and tax accounting/technology skills with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate income tax regulations Broad working knowledge of statutory income tax compliance and consulting, including state/local taxation, international activity, and transfer pricing Exceptional communication, client service, interpersonal, and presentation skills Experience with
