Market, negotiate, and broker new and renewal quotes/opportunities with underwriters Collaborate with Account Coordinators/Managers to create proposals and bind coverage Engage in a consultative role to explain insurance policies to clients and internal producers Develop and maintain an ongoing pipeline of sales opportunities Attend industry events to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines with global clients P&C Account/Client Management experience with a retail brokerage or independent agency Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel P&C Insurance License required upon hire Preferred Qualifications
