$21 - $23 per hour, Bonus Opportunities

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Documentation Coordinator. This role is essential to providing exceptional internal support service while confirming that all files are accurate and in compliance with company guidelines for a timely funding.
Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and manage loan application documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and adherence to company guidelines
Communicate with team members to address questions; provide updates on loan status; and gather additional information as needed
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Underwriters and Processors, to ensure the loan process moves smoothly, while addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to loan processing
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to processing of the loan applications
Ensure compliance with all regulations and company guidelines
High-level administrative support to the Sales Department
Perform other related duties as assigned
Make outbound efforts to borrowers to collect the documents needed to prep files for underwriting
Education And Experience
Associate degree strongly preferred
One (1) year experience preferred in loan processing or a similar role within the student financial services industry
Experience in loan processing is a plus, but not mandatory
Previous experience in Quality Control and compliance is welcomed, and translates well to this role
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Required Skills/Abilities
Deep communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
