Our work blends strong architectural fundamentals with a refined material sensibility, supporting projects from existing conditions documentation through construction administration.
We are a growing studio actively refining our Revit-based workflow and are seeking an Architectural Designer who is technically solid, detail-oriented, and interested in growing within a collaborative design environment.
Position Overview The Architectural Designer will support project teams in the production of residential design and construction documents, with a primary focus on
Revit modeling, documentation, and coordination . This role is well suited for someone with
2+ years of professional Revit experience
who is comfortable producing drawings and is eager to expand their technical and architectural responsibilities over time.
This position is intended to
grow with the right candidate , with opportunities for increased responsibility, expanded scope, and compensation review as skills, experience, and project ownership develop.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Revit models across all project phases
Produce architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details
Assist with documenting existing conditions and field measurements
Support design development and construction document sets
Coordinate drawings internally to ensure consistency and clarity
Implement redlines and drawing revisions efficiently
Assist with basic consultant coordination as needed
Support construction administration tasks such as drawing updates and responses to RFIs (as experience allows)
Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience using
Revit
in an architectural setting
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation
Familiarity with residential construction methods and detailing
Ability to work independently while following established standards
Strong attention to detail and organization
Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience with residential renovations or custom homes
Exposure to existing conditions documentation and field verification
Interest in building systems, constructability, and coordination
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or SketchUp
