Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced LEASING MANAGER for our apartment community, Grandea Lakemont in Richmond, TX.
Responsibilities
1-2 years of apartment leasing and customer service experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a high-volume office
Hire, train, and develop the Leasing Consultants
Facilitate resident relations and resident retention programs
Partner with the Assistant Community Manager
Must be energetic, reliable, and have strong sales orientation
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
Are a high energy, fast-growing multi-family property management company committed to investing in you and your CAREER!
