The
Membership Retention & Email Marketing Manager
renews existing and lapsed members through traditional marketing channels such as direct mail, email and other digital initiatives. This includes mail and email project management, oversees management of weekly email deployments, and creates and updates experience fragments in Adobe Experience Manager. Executes campaigns, and manages complex, detailed operational work. Strategizes, designs, and executes tests to improve member response. Partners closely across the team and with key business partners to ensure coordination and smooth execution of tests and campaigns. Tracks and assesses campaign results and adjusts marketing strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. Collaborates with management to identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and to develop new procedures that support the business unit/department.
This Marketing Manager develops and implements testing strategies to optimize member engagement and response rates, partnering closely with internal teams and key business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and tests. This position monitors and analyzes campaign performance, adjusting strategies to align with evolving market trends and competitive conditions.
