We’re looking for an enthusiastic
Marketing Assistant
to support high-energy retail marketing and sales initiatives. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and wants hands‑on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and sales support. You’ll play a key role in bringing promotions to life on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and supporting campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue. What You’ll Do
Support in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events Engage directly with customers to create positive brand experiences Communicate product features, promotions, and offers clearly and confidently Assist the sales team by supporting customer interactions and campaign execution Help maintain attractive product displays and promotional materials Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily and weekly performance goals Participate in ongoing training to build marketing, sales, and communication skills What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent Outgoing personality with strong communication skills Interest in marketing, retail, and customer-facing sales Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer
