Role & Responsibilities Visual execution, direction & brand consistency

Own the visual direction and execution of all design across packaging, advertising, website, retail, OOH, and miscellaneous creative projects

Ideate campaigns and translate concepts and creative direction into clear visual systems and references across advertising, website, retail, OOH, and miscellaneous creative projects

Help define creative outputs using mockups, layouts, and visual exploration to align teams early

Ensure all creative output adheres to brand standards and maintains a cohesive identity across all touch points

Serve as the final quality control for design execution, ensuring consistency, accuracy, taste, and polish

Advertising, digital, and OOH design

Oversee design execution for paid and owned channels including paid social, website, OOH, print, and email, ensuring a cohesive, high-quality brand experience across the board

Ensure creative direction and campaign concepts are translated into effective digital and print layouts that can be used on paid and owned channels

Own visual design direction and execution for David’s website, including homepage updates, landing pages, product pages, and campaign-specific web experiences, in collaboration with the CX team

Oversee visual execution for marketing and lifecycle emails, including promotional, product, launch, and retention-driven sends

Oversee execution of out-of-home (OOH) creatives and other large-format placements, ensuring designs are visually impactful, legible at scale, and production-ready

Packaging and product design

Own packaging design from concept handoff through final production, including partnering with the supply chain team and external vendors to ensure designs are production-ready and accurately printed

Lead visual exploration and design systems for packaging, including layout, typography, color, and hierarchy

Retail, field & physical assets

Lead design work for retail assets, in-store displays, field marketing materials, sampling kits, and experiential elements

Ensure physical assets are consistent with brand standards and adaptable across retail environments and physical contexts

Team leadership & design systems

Lead and develop our team of designers, providing clear feedback, direction, and support to elevate craft, speed, and consistency across all creative output

Build and maintain scalable design systems and templates (e.g., paid social layouts, retail signage) to improve consistency, speed, and quality across design execution

Own creative asset management, including file organization, version control, and ensuring teams use the latest approved brand assets across channels

What you\'ll bring:

5+ years of creative experience (graphic design, art direction etc.)

Experience building brands at a high-growth CPG, DTC, or lifestyle brand (bonus if it’s in fashion, beauty, food, beverage, wellness, or performance)

Strong, proven conceptual thinking and executional craft across visual and content, including both brand and growth-oriented marketing

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment with high creative and execution standards

Proficient in and familiar with tools like Figma, Adobe, and video editing basics

A sharp eye for design and an intuitive sense of what makes a brand resonate

Must have a portfolio of work demonstrating campaign thinking, brand development, and execution across formats

Rolodex of photographers, directors, stylists, editors, and production vendors in NYC and LA

A self-starting attitude with a love for bringing ideas to life

Humility, self-awareness, and curiosity

A desire to help build an early-stage CPG company with a mission to create tools to increase muscle and decrease fat

Practicalities:

This is a full-time role.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, inclusive of cash bonus based on attainment of company targets
