Now the company services more than 26,000 retail and industry establishments across Ohio and Kentucky from offices in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Lorain, Toledo, Youngstown and Hebron. Family‑owned for 84 years, Heidelberg was acquired by Redwood Holdings in 2022. Responsible for advancing and securing sales in an assigned territory. Must perform functions to secure new account business, service existing accounts, and meet standards set by team leaders, area sales leaders and director of sales operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales by following established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell products within an assigned geographic area to meet sales targets. Pre‑work daily to prepare for next day calls to maximize sales and pursue leads. Personally visit existing and new customers to assess needs and suggest appropriate products and services. Establish, develop, and maintain positive professional and customer relationships. Manage territory and service obligations to meet revenue targets. Develop sales skills and knowledge of products, services, and customers by working closely with managers, suppliers, and experienced sales professionals. Merchandise and rotate products in the market to uphold product standards. Qualifications And Requirements
High School diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license; must be at least 21 years of age. Required to drive to multiple locations and maintain sufficient insurance; must abide by all traffic and motor vehicle laws and regulations. Beverage and consumer product sales experience preferred. Computer skills, Microsoft Office preferred. Very outgoing with strong self‑direction. Work with minimal supervision; ability to set priorities and multitask. WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variations. Must be flexible with hours through the week and sometimes weekends. Week before and during national holidays must be worked. Dress code is business casual; closed‑toe shoes suggested. Other restrictions may apply. Must be able to lift 35 lbs. minimum, climb ladders while working safely. Able to maneuver floor jacks in large box stores. Rotate and build multi‑case displays.
