We are seeking a proactive, highly organized

Marketing & Business Development Manager

to support the firm’s marketing initiatives, proposal development, client outreach, and brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to contribute directly to the growth of a design-focused firm. You will work closely with the firm’s Principal and project teams to manage marketing materials, prepare proposals, coordinate social media, track leads, and assist with business development activities. Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain all marketing collateral including firm brochures, project sheets, resumes, capability statements, and presentations. Manage website updates, blog/news posts, and project content uploads. Create, schedule, and track social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). Coordinate photography of completed projects and maintain the firm’s image library. Support the creation of quarterly newsletters, press releases, award submissions, and digital campaigns. Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels. Coordinate, prepare, and produce responses to RFQs/RFPs, including assembling project information, résumés, and graphics. Assist the project team with preparation for project interviews. Business Development (Estimated 40%)

Track leads, opportunities, and

client outreach

efforts using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Cosential, or similar). Conduct market research , including competitive analysis and sector trend monitoring. Assist (attend) with client-related events, conferences, sponsorships, and networking activities. Support Principals with client follow-up, outreach emails, meeting preparation, and BD documentation. Maintain calendars of proposal deadlines, interviews, and project milestones. Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business) or equivalent experience 5-10 years of experience in architectural/engineering/interior design marketing (AEC industry preferred) Strong writing, editing, and graphic communication skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required; Illustrator/Photoshop a plus) Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Familiarity with social media management tools High level of organization, accuracy, and ability to meet multiple deadlines Preferred

Established AEC Network in Las Vegas and other relevant markets (Reno, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Portland) Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Nutshell, TrebleHook, or similar) Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms Basic knowledge of architectural terminology and project phases Photography or videography skills are a bonus Soft Skills
