Overview
The Door-to-Door Field Marketing Representative is responsible for generating qualified leads through direct, face-to-face outreach in residential neighborhoods. This role focuses on educating homeowners about company products and services, building trust quickly, and setting appointments for in-home or virtual consultations. The ideal candidate is confident, resilient, and motivated by results. Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods Engage homeowners in professional, persuasive conversations Educate customers on products, promotions, and services Qualify homeowner interest and schedule appointments for the sales team Accurately record customer information and outcomes in CRM systems Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals Handle objections and rejection with professionalism Represent the brand positively and in compliance with company standards Communicate field feedback regarding customer needs and market trends Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Previous door-to-door, canvassing, field marketing, or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Reliable transportation and smartphone/tablet access Persuasive communication and active listening Confidence and resilience Time management and territory organization Hourly base plus commission or performance bonuses Paid training and ongoing coaching Clear advancement path into sales, team leadership, or management roles
