100% Remote (U.S. or Canadian candidates only)
9–5pm EST/CST/MST/PST with heavy Slack communication

About the Role
Our global FinTech client is looking for an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and translate product training for call center agents. You’ll turn complex challenges into clear relatable learning that enables better customer experiences.
✏️ You must be fluent in French Canadian and English
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with LPMs, PMs & SMEs to create high-impact training that sticks.
Create content outlines, storyboards, scripts, and scenarios utilizing Gemini.
Enhance existing content for blended learning paths (ILTs, eLearnings).
Create interactive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline and Synthesia.
Translate English courses across multiple learning paths to French Canadian.
Conduct peer reviews providing constructive feedback to maintain quality, consistency, and best practices.
Collaborate with an offshore development team.
Manage multiple projects independently, meeting fast-paced delivery timelines.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of instructional design experience (flexible on experience for the right candidate)
Intermediate Storyline skills (triggers, layers, xAPI, basic JavaScript)
Experience building modular learning paths
Comfort working in ambiguity and collaborating cross-functionally
