Senior Wireless Sales Expert , responsible for supervising the customer experience and removing obstacles for employees and guests. The Senior Wireless Sales Expert is technology savvy, sales-focused, and laser-focused on guest satisfaction. Compensation
Our Senior Retail Wireless Sales Specialists earn between $19.00 and $20.00/hour, plus uncapped commission. On average most employees work 30 to 39 hours per week, with a typical schedule around 35 hours per week. What You Do In This Role

– Act as a decision-maker to help customers get what they need and ensure the team has the tools to succeed. Handle escalations, exceptions, or technology issues with solution-focused delivery. What You Need To Win In This Role
Education and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least 2 years of retail management (keyholder) experience in an environment with customer dialogue about wants and needs. At least 1 year of Sales and Customer Service experience in the wireless industry. Experience operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Schedule and Attendance
Retail store is open six to seven days a week. Hours typically 9 am to 6 pm. We aim to balance life/work and provide reliable hours.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items. May stand 6-8 hours. Move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise as needed. Light cleaning duties to keep the store guest-ready.

and Benefits data in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act. Salary range: Minimum $42,000 – Maximum $52,500. Final pay determined by location, skills, and experience. Benefits
include competitive base pay with potential for shift differential, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, employee discounts, PTO after 30 days, holidays, FSAs, life and disability insurance, EAP, education reimbursement, and more. Eligible hourly positions accrue up to 40 hours in year 1 and salaried up to 120 hours. Pre-employment
