Position Title:
Investment Services Regional Sales Manager
Business Unit:

Reports to:
Market Executive - Wealth Management
Primary Office Location:
55 Public Square Suite 105, Cleveland, Ohio 44113.
Primary Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Financial Professionals and Licensed Bank Employees. Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to achieve targets. Conducts performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develops sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets. Collaborates with Program Management and internal business partners to develop teams and effective cross sales strategies. Develops and executes a schedule of communications with Retail and other internal business partners to keep them informed of and promote referral opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Manages and develops financial professionals to build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment needs and preferences. Manage and develop Financial Professionals to provide personalized investment advice and recommendations based on clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Monitors sales activities, tracks progress towards targets, and analyzes sales data to identify areas for improvement. Monitors sales performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate individual and team performance.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Assists in overseeing sales practices to mitigate potential financial and reputational risks. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to investment sales.
Training and Development:
Provides ongoing training and professional development opportunities to regional team members (dedicated financial professionals and licensed bank employees). Keeps the team informed about new investment products, services, and market trends. Fosters a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the regional team.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements or Work Conditions Beyond Traditional Office Work Frequent driving (car, van, truck)
