
Hydro Extrusions – Account Executive – Ohio
Location: Moon Township, PA, Remote.

What you will be doing
Lead primary sales account interface, administration, and communication with prospects and customers.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to retain and grow market share.
Conduct sales activities in alignment with Hydro’s overall strategy, company values, and established policies.
Establish, maintain, and grow a new business pipeline to identify opportunities within existing and new customers.
Provide forecasting, analysis, and reports to deepen market knowledge and enable effective sales approaches.
Collaborate with customer service, plant operations, and planning teams to resolve account issues.
Prepare and maintain updates, highlights, and special management reports as required.
Execute special projects and responsibilities as defined by the Region Sales Manager and Commercial Leadership.
Travel: 50‑70% required.
Required Education / Experience
Minimum five (5) years in front‑line sales account management.
Hands‑on experience in pricing, negotiation, and contract management.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Technical knowledge and experience in pricing, negotiation, and contracts.
Proven ability to build customer relationships and manage sales accounts.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience collaborating with manufacturing and sales colleagues across regions.
