As the dominant local media company & content producer in the region, we’ll empower you to leverage our top-rated media, successful brands, digital assets, influencers, marquee sports properties, and events to bring measurable results to area businesses. You’ll work directly with businesses, nonprofits, and local leaders to build integrated marketing campaigns that creatively tell their story, reaching audiences across radio, streaming, interactive websites and apps, and digital services, including YouTube, streaming TV, and more.
Responsibilities
Build integrated marketing campaigns that creatively tell clients’ stories across radio, streaming, websites, apps, and digital services.
Work with businesses, nonprofits, and local leaders to deliver measurable results.
Leverage top-rated media, successful brands, digital assets, influencers, marquee sports properties, and events.
Collaborate with team to create and sell strategic marketing campaigns and build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
Strong drive for personal success; confident and outgoing personality; ability to work under pressure and meet goals; competitive mindset for growth.
Good mathematical skills; stellar people skills (in person, on the phone, and in writing); persuasive ability; ability to build relationships with clients; diplomacy and patience.
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
College (preferred); Marketing/advertising/sales experience: 2 years (preferred); outside marketing and/or sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.
Driver’s License (Required).
Job Details
Job Type: Full-time – in person required
Compensation: Up to $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 / year
Required travel: 75% within the NW Indiana & SW Michigan area
Work Location: South Bend, IN
Benefits: Health insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision insurance, Retirement plan – 401(k), Flexible schedule, Life insurance
Schedule: Monday to Friday
