Account Executive – New Business Development (In-Office / Bend, OR)
This is an in-office or local role based in Bend, Oregon. We are not considering remote or relocation candidates at this time.
GlasWeld
is a Bend-based manufacturer of professional glass-repair tools used by auto glass shops, windshield repair businesses, and service operators worldwide. For over 40 years, we’ve designed, manufactured, and sold practical tools that help small businesses do better work and make more money.
We’re looking for a New Business Account Executive whose primary responsibility is reaching out to new customers, introducing GlasWeld, demonstrating our products, and closing new accounts. This is a high-activity, phone-driven sales role focused on small and mid-sized businesses — not enterprise accounts or strategic partnerships.
This role is best suited for someone early in their sales career (or transitioning into sales) who wants to build strong outbound skills in a real-world selling environment.
This is not a remote role, not an account management role, and not a strategic enterprise sales position.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to introduce GlasWeld to new prospects
Prospect and qualify small business customers
Run short, practical product conversations and demos
Follow up consistently and close new accounts
Track activity and outcomes accurately
What We’re Looking For
Comfort with phone-based outreach and daily prospecting
Strong work ethic, consistency, and follow-through
Clear communicator who listens well and explains simply
Coachable, accountable, and motivated to improve
Interested in building a sales career, not just landing a job
Prior sales experience is helpful but not required. We care more about attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn than about your resume.
Compensation & Benefits
OTE: typically $75,000–$105,000 depending on performance. Exceptional performers can exceed this.
Base salary plus uncapped commission
