Position Inside Sales Supervisor

Location: Aurora, IL (Hybrid 3 days)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise training processes for new Account Specialists and provide ongoing training for existing personnel.

Bi-weekly territory performance review.

Supervise Account Specialists\' utilization of CRM and sales tools and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Conduct bi-monthly 1:1 coaching meetings with each member of their team.

Recommend opportunities for improvement of inside sales technique or approach based on observations.

Perform direct customer follow-up (including both verbal and written responses) on all difficult or unusual customer care issues.

Be liaison for Account Specialists with the Regional Directors.

Ensure weekly meetings with Account Specialist and Account Manager.

Manage Vendor Registration.

Other duties as assigned.

More about you

High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor\'s degree preferred.

Further education in Supply Chain Management / Demand Planning a plus.

5+ years experience in a direct sales capacity, preferably in within the hearing industry.

Previous supervisory experience and/or training in supervision preferred.

Effective verbal and written English communication and compelling sales skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a keen customer- and team-orientation.

Must be good at building and maintaining relationships, and able to lead by example.

Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability and commitment to follow up.

Excellent analytical and proactive problem solving skills, with an ability to make sales and supervisory decisions based on customer needs and company policies.

Self-starter, with a proven track record in sales.

Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite and a strong technical aptitude.

Compensation & Benefits

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.

This role\'s pay range is between: $68,000-$80,000. This role is eligible for commission.
