Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing activities within Houston, TX to support Aspire HFI’s business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset to work with various teams and stakeholders. The Marketing Specialist will oversee marketing campaign execution, analyze performance data, and support the overall marketing strategy. This role is specifically for Aspire HFI in Houston, TX. A member of the Prelude Network, under Inception, which is the largest network of fertility clinics in North America. Essential Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. Coordinate with internal teams (Physicians, clinic staff, creative, content, product, and sales) to ensure campaigns align with business goals. Manage the creation of marketing assets, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns and programs. Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and display advertising. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Other duties as assigned. Education And/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required. At least three years of experience in marketing or a related field. Experience with digital marketing channels (preferably social media). Experience managing budgets and allocating resources. Knowledge And Skills
