We are seeking an experienced Analyst to support and manage a real estate portfolio for a dynamic, fast-paced organization. This role serves as a key point of contact for real estate transaction activities, overseeing lease negotiations, renewals, site selection, and portfolio optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage multiple transactions simultaneously, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders and external partners. This position offers exposure to complex, international real estate projects and opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of commercial real estate transaction services, including lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and new site acquisitions Lead and negotiate complex real estate transactions, including letters of intent (LOIs), lease terms, and market optimization strategies Serve as a primary point of contact for real estate transactions, ensuring timely execution and consistent service quality Track and manage transaction pipelines, workloads, and deadlines across multiple projects Collaborate with internal teams such as Lease Administration, Project Management, Facilities, and Finance to support transaction execution Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and delivery of key milestones Review, approve, and manage a high volume of transactions with attention to detail and compliance Identify potential risks or issues and proactively recommend solutions Support process improvements and share best practices to enhance transaction efficiency Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to team members as needed Participate in special projects and portfolio initiatives as assigned Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors Represent the organization professionally in meetings, site visits, and client engagements, including occasional travel Qualifications & Experience Active or ability to obtain a state real estate license (as required) 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, transaction management, or lease negotiations Strong understanding of commercial lease structures, terms, and financial components (CAM, insurance, taxes, reconciliations) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and pro forma modeling Demonstrated problem-solving skills, initiative, and attention to detail Track record of delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
