
Position Summary
The Sales & Operations Specialist will work with the Adept Sales team assisting in generating sales quotes and processing orders. Will work with the Finance team to ensure order integrity. Will assist Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support overall business needs. Duties & Responsibilities
Sales
Own Quote-to-Order processes Create and update sales quotes Assist sales with Licensing and Pricing strategies in Excel Receive and Process orders Coordinate and assist with Partner transactions (Global Footprints, DLT) Ensure Order Accuracy Resolve rejected orders, working with Finance, Sales, and/or Customers as needed Send order confirmation communications to customers Assist sales with software forecasting schedule Finance
Send Vendor Purchase Orders Reconcile End-of-Month Software Forecast to Billings Complete requested documentation from customers – COI, Vendor Forms, ACH Forms, W-9 Operations
Create and update Adept Salesforce contracts and assets Generate and send Customer Authorization Codes for orders and Customer Portal Requests Receive and handle or forward Ring Group Voicemails Receive and distribute faxes Other
Support Senior Leader special projects or initiatives Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience A minimum of 5 years in a Sales Support role Accounting experience desired Experience in a CRM solution required, Salesforce experience a plus Experience in MS Office applications with intermediate MS Excel skills required Ability to juggle multiple projects with shifting priorities Good verbal and written communication skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, sexual identity or handicap.
