CDJR of Dallas is actively seeking an experienced, self-motivated, professional Sales Manager to assist us in advancing our sales force to keep up with increasing demands.
An exceptional Sales Manager assists the sales and finance personnel in achieving their personal income goals by being proactive and checking in after each transaction and by promoting strategies to sell vehicles throughout the month. This individual is truly responsible for managing the daily operations of the dealership's sales desk.

Role Responsibilities
Lead, hire, coach, and hold sales representatives accountable while setting clear monthly and annual goals for volume, gross profit, expenses, and overall performance.
Maintain a strong presence in daily sales operations, ensuring customers fully understand vehicle options and pricing.
Build and strengthen customer relationships while developing effective strategies and promotions to drive sales growth.
Analyze market data and sales reports to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and execute action plans to meet dealership goals.
Control and manage expenses within the New and Used Vehicle departments.
Employee Prerequisites
Advanced knowledge of automotive sales management.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience; compensation based on expertise.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with automotive software is a plus.
Maintains a professional, polished appearance.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
