Junior Account Manager (Account Executive) 1 year assignment with strong possibility to extend Hybrid- 3 days on-site/2 days remote in the Northern Suburbs Our global pharmaceutical client is seeking a Junior Account Manager (Account Executive) to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have an Account Management background from a pharma agency OR ad agency and serve as the primary liaison between the ad agency and the brand teams. This person will assist an Account Manager and will be engaging with a variety of stakeholders on a day-to-day basis making things happen in an “agency like” environment.
