Powerhouse Automotive Group is seeking a
Parts Retail Counter Associate
to support our dealership parts department. This role serves internal customers—including technicians and service advisors—by providing accurate parts support while helping maintain efficient counter operations and inventory control. We are looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused team member who thrives in a fast‑paced dealership environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and service. What You'll Do
Assist technicians and service advisors with parts lookup and ordering Accurately pull, stage, and distribute parts for repair orders Process invoices, returns, and credits according to dealership procedures Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts Communicate with service and parts teams to support efficient workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts counter area Follow inventory control, loss prevention, and safety procedures Use dealership DMS and OEM parts catalogs (training provided) What We're Looking For
Automotive or dealership parts experience preferred (not required) Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment Basic computer and data entry skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Valid driver's license (preferred) Compensation & Benefits
