Pay ranges from $59,037 annually for entry level to $89,717 annually for officer including Advanced DPSST certification pay. Intermediate DPSST Certification 4% Advanced DPSST Certification 8% Annual fitness incentive pay for all officers - not testing score based! Special Assignment pay 2% per assignment Bilingual pay Longevity pay Basic Requirements to Apply
To apply for an Entry Level position, you must: Be 21 years or older at the time of employment with a high school diploma or equivalent Pass a thorough background investigation/medical and psychological exam and drug screening Proficiently read and write the English language To apply for a Lateral position, you must: Be 21 years or older at the time of employment with a high school diploma or equivalent Pass a thorough background investigation/medical and psychological exam and drug screening Proficiently read and write the English language Have completed at least 24 months of full-time paid service as a sworn police officer in a civilian governmental jurisdiction prior to application Join Our Team Today
