Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in the Greater Richmond Region. Daily responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, communicating with potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth. The representative will focus on inside sales, manage the sales cycle, and work closely with the business development team to implement strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify potential clients and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Excellent Communication and Sales abilities to effectively engage with clients and promote tailored solutions.
Proficiency in Business Development to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in logistics or transportation industries is an asset but not required.
