Senior UX / UI Product Designer (Conversational AI)

This is a full-time on-site role in New York, NY for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer specializing in Conversational AI. The designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and seamless user experiences, particularly within Conversational AI frameworks. Daily tasks will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, implementing user-centered design principles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and performance data. Qualifications Proficiency in UX and UI design tools, wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows Experience with conversational AI, including designing chatbots and voice assistant interfaces Skills in user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into the design process Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders Strong visual design skills, including knowledge of typography, color theory, and responsive design Experience with design systems for consistency across multiple platforms Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred Familiarity with emerging technologies related to AI and machine learning is a plus Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
