Client
Manager
on their Employee Health & Benefits team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and client service skills, and a background in benefits and HR. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for individual clients, managing inquiries and fostering long-term relationships. Process applications, proposals, and policy updates for individual insurance products, including life, disability, and medical coverage. Support securities-related functions and annuity accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Maintain accurate client records and manage sensitive information with discretion and attention to detail. Assist with carrier negotiations and provide input on market strategies to improve client outcomes and service offerings. Prepare presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials; organize and maintain client information for meetings and reviews. Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring follow-ups and deliverables are completed promptly. Collaborate closely with internal compliance resources to monitor and ensure regulatory compliance across all activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Benefits/Human Resources Knowledge of risk management techniques and employee health and benefits markets. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: Securities licenses (Series 6 and 63) strongly preferred. Experience writing life insurance policies. Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry. Life & Health License, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
